One Piece has introduced fans to quite a lot of exciting developments as of late, and with the Final Saga truly well and underway right now, it is only a matter of time before fans get to see bigger players getting involved in the story arcs.
Egghead was only an appetizer, and yet it showcased events from all over the world, spanning across Beehive Island, and including multiple members of the Worst Generation, among the other individuals, in the plot. All that is incredibly impressive, what is to come next is going to be even bigger, as fans will get to see bigger players get involved in the story.
For instance, the Revolutionary Army is a group that Oda will focus on heavily as One Piece moves forward and Egghead wraps up. There is a big war for the Revolutionary Army to fight, and it is now only just getting started.

The Revolutionary Army set up a major war when they attacked Marijoa. For years upon years, they were making their preparations to strike at the right time. Dragon is a very calculating man, and he is leading a very precise revolution. Dragon doesn’t make any missteps, and isn’t swayed by emotions often. It is one of the reasons why he kept Luffy away from him while he was leading the Revolutionary Army, and why Luffy’s identity was kept a secret for so many years. Dragon knows what love does to a person, and all that just goes to show how smart and level-headed he is as a person. For this individual to think that this year was the right time to attack the World Government must be very significant and it must mean that he is fully confident in the power of the Revolutionary Army at this point in time.

Shortly before the Wano Country Arc began, Dragon launched a powerful attack on Marijoa. Sabo, Lindbergh, Karasu, and Morley, infiltrated the Holy Land and launched a powerful attack on the Celestial Dragons. Together, they were able to free many slaves from the Holy Land, and at the same time, secure the freedom of Bartholomew Kuma as well. If that wasn’t enough, then fans also saw them go on to burn the Hoof of the Celestial Dragons, essentially declaring war on the World Government officially.
While all this was going down in Marijoa, the other members of the Revolutionary Army from all over the world were being useful as well. These powerful allies were destroying all the food and produce heading to Marijoa, and preventing it from reaching the top. Essentially, Marijoa was put in an extended siege, which meant that they had absolutely nothing of their own to eat. Whatever food storage they had in their granaries was torched by the Revolutionary Army before escaping, meaning the Celestial Dragons are now hungry and have nothing to feed on. This essentially means that they have to move at any cost, and Dragon and his Revolutionary Army will have to get involved in a major battle soon enough. This isn’t a battle that Oda can push back until later on in One Piece, and it is one that must be tackled right here, right now, as the story moves forward.
The Deployment Of The God’s Knights Against Dragon
The God’s Knights Are Going To Attack The Revolutionary Army Soon
Of course, fans also know that the World Government is the biggest power in the world of One Piece. They have around 170 countries under their belt, but more importantly, they have a huge military, and on top of that, Government Knights who fight on their behalf as well. The Marines are the military face of the World Government, which means that they will be deployed in the war, undeniably. However, the war against the Revolutionary Army will be fought by a completely different unit primarily, and this unit is one that was recently introduced to the fans, known as the God’s Knights.
The God’s Knights are essentially the ones responsible for judiciary duty within the Holy Land of Marijoa. Their power is absolutely immense, and something that even Dragon watches out for. For the Supreme Leader of the Revolutionary Army to be wary of these figures must mean that they are extremely powerful. The leader of the God’s Knights is Saint Garling Figarland, who fans know to be Shanks’s very own father. He appears to be very powerful, and on top of everything, he has the authority to pass sentences and execute even Celestial Dragons. He even goes on to call them scum, which means that he is at an elevated position when it comes to the Celestial Dragon hierarchy.

It is unclear as to how many powerful individuals are within the ranks of the Gods Knights. Regardless, all of them will start mobilizing and will engage the Revolutionary Army in an all-out battle soon enough. The primary targets for the God’s Knights are going to be Dragon, and, more importantly, Sabo. Sabo’s reputation all over the world as the Flame Emperor is a major problem for the Government. So, he is going to be at the center of things in the upcoming Elbaf Arc, and fans are incredibly excited to see the battle that he fights soon enough.
Dragon And Revolutionary Army Begin Their Battle Against The World Government
The War Against The World Government Is About To Begin
As soon as the God’s Knights descend in order to break the siege, the Revolutionary Army will have to make their move and engage them in combat. This means fans will get to see the abilities of the likes of Sabo, and, more importantly, those of Dragon as well. For many years, fans have wanted to know more about Dragon. Things such as his bounty, his powers, and his fighting style are still a mystery to the fans. These are things that fans would desperately want to know and the upcoming war that will likely be triggered in the Elbaf segment of the story will cover all these things. At the same time, fans will also get to see some powerful God’s Knights in action.
For instance, Garling is a character that many fans want to see more of. He has the attention of readers because of his connection to Shanks. Similarly, there are mysterious members within the God’s Knights, and one of them even resembles Shanks and could potentially be his sibling. It will be interesting to see how strong these characters are, what they fight using, and how they will approach the war against the Revolutionary Army which has already kickstarted in One Piece.
Above all, the war against the Revolutionary Army is going to have severe consequences. If the Revolutionary Army loses, then, the hope of the world is destroyed, and everything falls on Luffy’s shoulders. However, if the Revolutionary Army manages to push back the God’s Knights, then, the Five Elders and Imu have no choice but to get involved in the war, and essentially kickstart what will then be known as the Great War, or, in their words, the Great Cleansing. Things are starting to get more exciting in One Piece, and fans absolutely cannot wait to see how the Revolutionary Army navigates through it all.
