A 12-year-old girl made a desperate 911 call, recounting her mother, Angela Luke, running over her father, Dan Luke, during a violent altercation in Bloom Township, Central Ohio.
Dan Luke suffered severe head injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital the following day; Angela Luke was arrested and charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and reckless homicide but pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutors later dropped all charges against Angela Luke due to a lack of evidence, despite no previous reports of domestic violence, although sources indicated the marriage was strained.
